Information you provide

When you use the Start a Conversation form, Tribus Ventures collects the information you voluntarily submit. This may include your name, business or organization, email address, phone number, message, preferred contact method, and timeline.

You are not asked to select a service or subscribe to marketing messages as part of the inquiry form.

Website and attribution information

The website may also collect the page where an inquiry was submitted and basic campaign attribution values, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term, when those values are present in the page URL.

Basic form interaction events may be recorded when website analytics are enabled. The submission system also uses a privacy-conscious, hashed network identifier for short-term rate limiting and spam prevention; the lead record itself does not store the visitor’s IP address.

How information is used

Tribus Ventures uses submitted information to:

• Review and respond to your inquiry.
• Understand the problem, goal, or opportunity you describe.
• Determine whether Tribus Ventures may be able to help.
• Maintain an internal record of conversations and follow-up status.
• Protect the form from spam, abuse, and excessive submissions.
• Understand how visitors find and use the inquiry experience.

How information is shared

Tribus Ventures does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and inquiry workflow. The current submission flow uses Netlify for website hosting, serverless processing, and lead storage, and Resend for owner-notification email.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful request, protect the website or its users, or investigate misuse.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and support legitimate operational needs. Tribus Ventures uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and the website, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact Tribus Ventures to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping and security purposes.
